So Far from the bamboo grove. 09/10/12
This is a story about a girls' survival of World War II. It is in fact an intersting novel. Once I started reading the first couple pages, I've noticed that their family were in a safe area, away from where the war has been going on. They felt as if though they were Japanese, the Japanese military men won't bother them. But that wasn't the outcome at all. Once I found out what the Koreans and Japanese military men were doing, I was than disgusted. Although I'm not quite done reading the novel, I can't wait to actually read what lies ahead. Whoever else reads this novel, I hope you enjoy it like I am myself.

I've heard good thing about this book. So this book is like when the Japanese invaded Guam. All the wars are all the same because the exact same thing just keep happening where ever the war is. Our ancestors also experienced these thing. we just need world peace and to stop the violence in the world and our society.
